This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your message. When a technician submits a parts order, we collect the customer name, delivery address and equipment details entered on that form.

We use this only to respond to your request and to carry out the work you have asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and similar) containing a randomly generated identifier. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Our contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile receives your IP address in order to perform that check. It is used for spam prevention only, and not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit.

Analytics run by default, and you may turn them off at any time using the Decline option in the cookie notice. Declining disables Google Analytics and deletes the analytics cookies already stored in your browser.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, so it applies on this device and browser. Clearing your browser data will reset it, and you will be asked again.

You can also block cookies through your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Form submissions arrive as email and are retained as part of our normal business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in that service.

We use a small number of providers to run this site: Vercel for hosting, Resend for delivering form submissions to our inbox, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Cloudflare for DNS and spam protection. Each processes information only as needed to provide their service to us.

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

This site is intended for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
